If ENT really did go to season 5...

What kind of episodes would you like to have seen? Obviously on memory alpha are things that Manny Coto has said would happen like Shran maybe becoming part of the crew, romulan war, and other things. But if ENT had made it to season 5 personally a few things I'd love to have seen are-

-A First Flight-style flashback episode (or multipart episode) about World War 3/Colonel Green or the Eugenics Wars... maybe even show some of the "post atomic horror" Picard talked about! That whole WW3/Eugenics period is something that I've always wanted to see expanded on. They've had chances but for whatever reason... the Eugenics War wasn't even mentioned during "Carpenter Street", or on the Voyager episode where they travel back to (pretty sure) 1996, a year when the wars were going on! Although 1996 was the laat year of the war, you could explain it by saying that they traveled back just after it ended..

-More mirror universe! The continuing mission of the Defiant (the twitterfic group is doing some of this nicely)

-I'd like to see the NX01 get the awesome Doug Drexler refit that you can see if you look up the latest Ships of the Line calender.

Everyone is invited to give their own wish list!
We received a distress call. Every crewman on board had been anatomically inverted, their bodies splayed open, and they were still alive.

Well, for those who know me, my answer is a no-brainer: Trip and T'Pol attempting a mature, loving relationship. Between culture clash and the usual man/woman stuff, you have plenty of opportunities for drama there without having to keep dipping into the will they/won't they well.

yes that would be fun, Trip and T'pol is one of the best romances Star Trek has ever offered. I found a site that shows off Doug's NX01 refit from every angle. I hope you like it as much as me.

I want more Romulans - scary Romulans! I'd like to find out that Future Guy was a Romulan from the future trying to change the outcome of the Romulan War. I wasn't a big fan of the TCW, but I felt like it needed to be cleaned up a little more than whatever explanation we got in Season Four.

Like Aquarius, I wanted a lot more TnT. In particular I wanted to see Trip's parents and find out how they felt about him being with a Vulcan.

Quoted for truth.

I think I also wanted more just-because adventure stuff, like what they had in the first season and all through TOS. It doesn't have to be an ongoing story arc fighting the same enemy or solving the same problem all the time. I'd like to seem them bring it back in to hey, here's a creepy planet, and look at the trouble they got into, etc.

ROWR. I want that kit when it comes out. If it never does, I may just do the same and do a kit-mosh to get that look. I love the NX01 as it is, but that's gorgeous too, an a beautiful bridge to the TOS ship.

As for what I'd have wanted to see in a season 5? I'll dittor all the comments on more with the Romulans, and closure for the TCW. I also like the rumors that are on Memory Alpha's page about it and would have been thrilled to see Guinan show up and the universal translator get finalized.

One of the things Enterprise did beautifully, and even the haters have got to give credit where credit is due, is bring back some fairly unused aliens and really up the ante when it came to conceptualizing those and redoing the makeup and design of them: the Andorians, the Tellarites and the Orions. (The TNG-style Romulans look a little weenie in comparison.) Because of that I would have loved to see our crew make First Contact with a whole host of other Trek races that were shown in TOS: like the Argelians, the Deltans, the Caitians, the Gorn (outside of the MU) and especially the Medusans! Also, a few others like the Betazoids. I would have liked to see Spock's grandfather make an appearance, particularly in a storyline with considerable TnT.

Also, more, more , more interaction with the newly "deformed" Klingons! I would loved to have seen a few ancestors of our favorite Klingons like Kor, Darvin, and Koloth, Worf, Martok, etc.

I would have liked to see them visit one of the first starbases. I would have liked to see the Coalition official become the Federation. I would have liked to see T'Pol deal with her first REAL pon farr. I would have liked to see the story that led to this: the Iotians. (We're going to do that in the Twitterfiction in the coming months. :)

I also would have liked to see them deal more fully with the repercussions of deep space assignments on the personal lives of the crew. By TNG we have a military ship that houses whole families - surely the idea of having and maintaining relationships, marriages and families and having and raising children would have begun to becomes an issue for crews that were often away from planets where loved ones might be for months, even years. I would have liked to see Star Trek quietly acknowledge that same sex relationships were no longer a cultural taboo or even odd. But I would have also liked to see them deal with the very idea of relationships at all. Relationships aboard ship would have had to have grown to the point of marriages ... and then what? Would marriages and married couples be allowed aboard? Would people have left? How would Boomer experience affect the development of all this?

I would like to develop the back stories of Phlox, Hoshi, Reed and Travis.
-A visit to Denobula, seeing the crowded planet, maybe even being at Phlox's home for a bit.
-Hoshi and Travis training for promotions, with the others assisting, developing closer ties...Hoshi with Reed, Travis with MACO Cole or McKenzie, both a great match in adventurous spirit!
-Travis being lead on away mission at a planet he visited as a Boomer.
-Hoshi refining the UT.
-Reed and Section 31, oh yes.....

And for our others....
-Tucker and T'Pol continuing to build on their bond and have a sustaining relationship, one that works on their strengths, rather than pulls them apart.
-Archer taking Enterprise on missions to planets that will become part of The Federation, delving into those cultures and negotiations as needed.
-An onscreen telling of the Romulan War, from ENT and crew POV.
TRIP: Hold on. You never said anything about feet.
T'POL: Is that a problem?
TRIP: Well, for one thing, I haven't had a shower since this morning, and I know how sensitive that Vulcan nose of your can be.And I'm a little ticklish.Maybe more than a little.

OMG! All of the above! Plus, I would have loved to have seen some follow-up stories from season 3. You know, go back to the planet where humans lived, and what happened to the Illyrian's? And, I would have loved to see how the crew coped with the aftermath of season 3. I thought that was a sorely missed opportunity in season 4.

I'm quite easy to please, I would have just wanted more Reed. :D

I'm always flicking through the series and thinking of things they could have developed with him and getting really disappointed that it will never happen, but it figures that right now I can't think of a single one. Wait, that's a lie, he needed a decent love interest/Hoshi. And of course, more of his history with Section 31.

I actually would have also really liked to see more of Travis and Gannet, or at least some more of their backstory.
