Malcolm's beard...dashing or comical?

Due to several comments I received about my drawing of Malcolm from Twilight, I have a question? What do we think of his beard?



Now I for one, love it. I think it gives him a very dashing and slightly sinister look.

BT, I'm sorry if it seemed like I was making fun of Twilight Reed or your pic. That's not what I meant.

After the first time, and not seeing him with the goatee for a while then seeing him with it, it's a shock to the system. That's where the bit of giggling comes in. But then after the initial shock wears off, the drooling starts to settle in (I'm a sucker for bearded men). It's much the same reaction I get with MU Spock (which is why I kind of expected MU Reed to have the goatee). Your picture produced the same reaction and so I'd say it was dead on!

I know it's personal preference, but I strongly prefer no beard. I just didn't think it looked good on him.

Not at all, crystalswolf. I was simply curious. Some people just don't like facial hair and I kind of wanted to see what the consensus was at old TDE.

As mareel said, it is just personal preference. I happen to think it looks good on him. But I know people that hate beards! It was just a silly question, all in good fun. PS: MU Spock

I am fine with or without a beard, as long as the beard is groomed! Of course, I LOVE a 5 o'clock shadow scruff, at certain times..... and that's all I am going to say about that!
