Well, now that CBS.com yanked Enterprise from its streaming videos, I'm out of the re-viewing fun.

Hopefully the rumors about Netflix streaming it in April are true!
I did happen to watch several episodes up through "Fortunate Son" not too long ago. Right before we decided to do this group rewatch party, I was doing it on my own. I remember that I initially really didn't care for this episode, but on watching it again, I decided that it wasn't that bad. It's not the best episode by any means, but it did have its cute moments.
I like this one between Archer and T'Pol:
ARCHER: A farm?
T'POL: It's remote and sparsely populated. If you're exposed, there's a reduced risk of cultural contamination.
ARCHER: This must be why aliens are always landing in cornfields. That whole theme of
them being the aliens really ran through the whole episode. There's another scene where Trip talks about maybe taking one of the sick people aboard
Enterprise to see what's wrong with him and T'Pol advises against it citing some humans' fears about alien abductions in earlier centuries.
Of course I love the ear thing between Trip and T'Pol. I also like how calm and cool she is during Trip's little near-mutiny. She sounds so powerful and confident when she delivers this line:
"I didn't say leave orbit, I said prepare to leave orbit. I have no intention of abandoning the Captain, dead or alive." Again, for much the same reason, I like when she says, "If they want it so badly, maybe we should give it to them," and then has Malcolm blast away the reactor. T'Pol was just so awesome in this episode. While I like a lot of the arc her character went through, she started to become weaker and weaker throughout the series. I miss the badass T'Pol we saw in this episode. She's completely logical, but she looked gorgeous in the Akaali costume, and she inserted a bit of humor into some of her exchanges.
My favorite line, though, was T'Pol's delivery of "Enjoy your tea."
