Roswell

Okay, Roswell wasn't a good show. But Jonathan Frakes was involved, as was Ron Moore. And Katherine Heigel pre-Grey's Anatomy. And Colin Hanks.

And Io9 published this hilarious take down/celebration of the show today. Discuss if you like.

I was not a teen in 1999 - and I managed to catch a few episodes. Yes, I can admit that.

You want to talk about a show that started with so much promise? The pilot was so great, I did love it until I couldn't anymore and finally it felt like a chore to even tune in. But I did, hoping that it would one day regain the glory that it should have had.

Although I was not a teen during the show, the article did sum up what I felt/feel about it.

And I will admit this only once... as hard as it is to do so. I watch Vampire Diaries because it reminds me of Roswell as I image it could have been (vampires instead of aliens of course)... so far.
