Here's kind of how it works, but I'm sure EntAllat can probably 'splain it better:
If you don't have a Twitter account, get one! You don't want to miss this.
Once you're all set up on Twitter, you'll want to follow the Enterprise and MU Enterprise characters. You may also want to follow me (@AquariusNX01), because I'm DJing this shindig like last time (and it was wicked fun!!).
You may also want to follow some of the real people involved for mingling purposes. The RP characters usually have us listed as "#peanutgallery" or some such. We got that name because we regularly interact with the characters and, sometimes, we get so enthusiastic we end up injecting ourselves into the stories! (We've been trying to have more restraint about that lately, though!)
Now...how does a party on Twitter have music, you ask? Easy! When you follow me, you can see the Tweets I make. I will be Tweeting links to YouTube of the songs I choose. When the link pops up in your stream, click it and listen! I'll be listening to the songs as well, so we're practically listening together, and I don't move on to the next one until the last one is over so you don't fall behind.
Like all DJ's I take requests, but you must send them to me via Direct Message on Twitter, otherwise they get lost out there in the main stream and I might not see it because things move so fast!
Party starts at about 8pm Eastern time this Wednesday. Costumes are optional! Good times are mandatory! BYOB.
