Archer/Tucker fic recommendations

So many of the Archer/Tucker fics are too angsty for my taste. I like to see them caring for each other, not driving each other mad.

But I am fond of this one:

Andorian Adventure by The Grrrl and Kylie Lee.

This is a very interesting take on Trip's and Archer's married life together when Archer still suffers from loss of long term memory. Poor Trip!

Wow. I read this last night based on the recommendations because I was all depress-ed and stuff, and I have to say I was blown away by this. Don't get me wrong, TnT is still my OTP, But this was so well-crafted that, if canon hadn't steered me toward TnT, it might not have been!

Yes, the sex was panty-melting. But the human element drove the sex. And I'm not ashamed to say I got a little misty at the end.

I will definitely be reading more of Kylie Lee's work in the future.

If you liked Kiss, I think you will enjoy this...

It's called 'I know I shouldn't' by Koken, rated NC-17

Now, I'm not sure how to use your insert functions to change the title, so I apologise for just posting the link.

Koken, who also wrote a wonderful AT&T series, really does capture the friendship/sexual tension and potential love between those two. Even through some of the ESL issue, the passion for Archer/Tucker shines through in all the stories.

There was chatter about stories regarding Trip as a dad. Well here's a two parter written by JBTrek. Both are Archer/Tucker slash and rated NC17 (though I think the second story shouldn't be rated that).

It's a continuation of Unexpected, so there's Mpreg, and it eventually goes AU. But it's sweet and easy reading. I hope you enjoy!

Savior, by Pippin.

The first A/T slash I read, and I couldn't put it down. It's epic NC-17 hurt-comfort, with major emphasis on "hurt." Trip goes through hell in this one. But it's also a story about healing and love -- two people who love each other as friends, who fall in love. What impressed me most was that Archer and Trip were the characters I knew from the show, and not bent out of recognizable shape in order to fit a slash story.
