I've always enjoyed
Down To Gehenna Or Up To The Throne by Kedakai. It's rated as NC-17, but that's not really the part I remember. The author describes it as a "soap opera fic", but the misunderstandings the boys have are, I think, realistic and serious.
For younger or more sensitive viewers

, there's Sita Teyla's
Bed Rest where Trip finds out just how difficult to manage an ill Malcolm can be. This one is rated PG.
With Halloween coming up, you might enjoy
El Diablo by Surya. It's rated R, and the last line is a real kicker.
If you liked Sal's "As Morning Shows The Day", then you might like Sita Z's 2-story series
Silence. The first is rated NC-17 and the second PG-13.
If you don't mind Mpreg, then Weebob's 4-story series
Just One More is quite enjoyable. The stories are rated either R or NC-17.
For a very nice pre-series Trip/Malcolm encounter, there is
The Right Place At The Right Time by ClassicTrek. It's rated PG-13.
In the mood to feel sad and maybe have a bit of a cry? Try Edible Lit's
Twilight: Elegy. It's rated G.
That should keep you out of trouble for awhile.
