Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I had to find it again. There is a story on FanFiction called Infinite Diversities, Book One and some related material in Infinite Diversities, Blurb Edition. I think the story line about Trip's blue eyes starts in Book One, but what I was reading on the day when I posted was chapter 3 in the Blurb Edition, https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9015787/3/ ... rb-Edition . It's very AU but an interesting story.
