Have to go with Archer. I love the character and the way Bakula played him (he's my favorite ST character...and not simply because Bakula played him). I just like Archer and although I don't believe another actor could have captured him him as well, if he was played true, I think he would have supplanted Spock in any case. However...since Bakula did play him...I've got to admit he made Archer look GOOD. Hard to believe he was 47 in 2001 when the show started...

I'm going to be different and say Michael Rostov :D But they are all lovely in their own way!
What I wouldn't give to have an Episode of Enterprise where Trip somehow manages to loses his uniform and gets covered in Nutella.
