Interesting Article on Showrunners

Like a lot of TV fans, I've been in the habit of giving the credit for successful shows to the showrunner, but this article argues that TV should be viewed in a more collaborative context. Perhaps the message is a good showrunner needs a good team, since many of the great ones have had failures:
