Hummingbird The only scene you get to see of Archer and Trip together is a flashback scene while he's looking at a picture on his desk when he and Trip both were on a boat in the Florida keys and caught some large fish.

Pocket books has released the official synopsis To Brave the storm. It mentions the events that happened on Vulcan at the end of Beneath the Raptor's wing.It also sound slike Archer has a much more important role in the book than in the previous novel where teh Enterprise was hardly shown at all.

I just pre-ordered the book for my kindle ap on Amazon. The synopsis is all about Archer and Enterprise. But then again, the Trip plotline was only a small part of Beneath the Raptor's Wing - Gannet Brooks was in it more. It's just that the Trip plot was, at least in my opinion, the most exciting.

a few months ago I e-mailed Micheal Martin and he said Hoshi and Travis will have larger story arcs in the next book as well as Trip&T'Pol he said Tripand T'Pol fans should be happy where their story arc ends in the book.I'd like to see Malcolm have some scenes and use some of his section31 skills that could come in real handy against the Romulans. and of Course Archer have alot more to do than in the previous book.lets hope Ganett Brooks will not have such a large role in the book this time.

Ooooo, thanks for the update, reanok! I am so looking forward to this. I just got my preorder in yesterday, and hope it gets here before the end of the month.

I also ordered Star Trek: Department of Temporal Investigations: Watching the Clock as well. Yaaaaaa!
TRIP: Hold on. You never said anything about feet.
T'POL: Is that a problem?
TRIP: Well, for one thing, I haven't had a shower since this morning, and I know how sensitive that Vulcan nose of your can be.And I'm a little ticklish.Maybe more than a little.

I can't wait to get my paycheck, you can guess what will I do first. I'm just kind of sad that there's a certain feeling of closure to it all...

I agree, TripZG, there has not been any chatter about continuing our Enterprise storylines in relaunch novels, and if that is the case, then it will be a shame.
