Capcha(sp?) not displaying on registration page

Hello, I am trying to register on the archive but I can't complete the registration process.
The a box what asks you to enter a secure code, but below it is what I think my be a Capcha box, only it is not displaying, you just get the little picture icon.
I am using Google Chrome. I've tried IE 10 as well but I get the same thing.

Okay - that's a little weird. We definitely want you to get onto the archive! I just tried to register on Firefox, same thing!
I'll let our tech person know and see what we can do!

So, our tech person is away from the desk for a few days on a business trip, but has promised to get the captcha issue squared upon returning!
