Haven
So I recently finished watching another episode and I have to say, the show is growing on me. I didn't like it for the first three episodes (and usually I just give up after that) but something pulled me in every week.
Now they introduced an interesting scenario where one of the main characters, Nathan, cannot feel anything but suddenly realizes that he can feel his partner's touch.
The last few episodes since, he's been so preoccupied with the fact that he can feel through her. This last episode, it was even a little comical and sad that he desperately tried to find excuses to touch her.
After this, I thought about it and realized just how powerful this is. Imagine if someone lost a sense but then learned that they can regain it through one person, imagine the feelings that would surface. I'm wondering how well they will explore this very powerful dynamic.
So anyone else watches the show or have opinions about this strange situation?
