So it seems I'm not the only one that watches this show. I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread for it yet.
Last week's episode was hilarious and the panel had become one of my favorite scenes of the show. I've found that my favorites have been with the guys and gals. The sleepover was

OMG the panel was brilliant! I don't think there has been a single episode of this series that I haven't guffawed at least once during. I love the little geek references too. I believe this is the most genius sitcom in recent history. I can't wait for Thursday!

Sorry pulled away from the computer before I finished that thought. The sleepover was another of my favorites.

This show is a 'never miss' at my house. I love them all, but have a soft spot for the one where Leonard tells Penny, in flashback, about moving in with Sheldon.

My brother has Asberger's, so Big Bang Theory is a favorite of mine. I recognize Sheldon's quirks that way. AND, I remember Jim Parsons from when I was in high school. We went to different schools, but he was a "star" in the high school theater scene and I knew people who acted in plays with him. Very nice guy, from what I understand.

Seems TPTB of Big Bang Theory never intended for the show to be what it was, but they just couldn't help the direction. Personally, I see nothing wrong with it.
I did see an interview with Jim Parsons and he acts like Sheldon off-camera. It really confused me when he said that there are times when he's going through the script with Mayim Bialik and she will nudge him and say "That's funny, huh?" He'd turn to her and respond (in a very Sheldon-y way) "I don't understand that."
My first thought was "why wouldn't he understand it?" Then I remembered that it wasn't Sheldon but the actor.

I'm perfectly happy with the direction that the show has taken.

Oh darn, I didn't even think of that! I'm glad I didn't describe the panel! How far behind?

No worries! I just skim when I see something spoiler-y.
We're up until episode 7 of season 4. I dunno when they will resume airing.
