Go to that link (that's the actual civil complaint) and do a search on the term Doe defendants and you'll see who's being sued in addition to Alec Peters. it is costumers and set and prop makers and the like.

CBS/Paramount owns this IP. Period. I just hope fanfic writers remain untouched, but, FYI, the Doe defendants group includes the writers.

I read about this lawsuit at Treknews.net I liked the their twenty minute movie I watched on Youtube . I really it would be too bad that Axanar wasn't allowed to finish their film. the clip with Soval and T'Nara was well acted. Alex Peters has responded about the news about the Axanar laswsuit . Treknews.net just posted it on their website
