We've done two successful workshops. If you want a fic workshopped, let me know!

I'm half considering it for the next installment in my "Musings in the Mirror Universe" series... but it's a chapter story (unlike the others), so I don't know how that would work. I think I'm writing the whole thing before I start archiving it.

Let me think about it.

Cool! We're going to limit the number of pages so that critics won't be overwhelmed - but workshopping part of stories will be absolutely allowed!

What's the page limit. I think the first two chappies are 10 pages together (I'd have to check). It might be helpful to at least have someone take a look at the start. ;)

10 pages is the limit, so you're fine!

Hmmm... I dunno... only because by this installment, one really should read both Goh Veh & Sa'akh so that one understands why MU Tucker and T'Pol interact with one another the way they do in Dah'es (the one I'm considering workshopping). Doesn't seem fair to ask the critics to read more just so they can adequately review this one, you know?

But if I get an idea for a shorter fic, I'll sign up.

I have a short story at the bare bones level. I had to force myself to stay away from it so I can finish the next chapter of TU. But when I do flesh out the basic ideas, I think it would be a perfect candidate for the workshop.

Just let me know when you are ready!

Yup! I'd like one workshopped! It's the introduction to what could eventually be a much longer piece or a whole series of stories and I want to see if it (a) work at all given the focus, (b) people like the OC and (c) it generates any interest before I commit myself to writing any more on it.
