Amazing!!! Well done!
What I wouldn't give to have an Episode of Enterprise where Trip somehow manages to loses his uniform and gets covered in Nutella.

I'm sorta taking part. I'm not attempting my novel this year - or taking part in NaNoWriMo officially - but I will be working on the two fics that Frakme and Lilith helped me sort out the details on.

I'm doing it again this year, even set up some write-ins in my town; the first one was great! The last year has been awesome for my writing since winning last year and joining a group of writers that meets fortnightly up the road. I only remembered to check here for my fellow wrimos after flipping through my buddy list and spotting some active word counts!

This year I'm writing about an epic fantasy quest from the perspective of the group's cook, an elf with many secrets and troubles. It's a barrel of fun.

So how has everyone got on? Has anyone finished yet? I'm nearly there, just under 9,000 words to wrote. I think I'll be finished early at this rate. The story is close to the end, but it will require an extensive rewrite to expand it and tie up some inconsistencies before it is ready to be touted out for publishing. Well that's the plan anyway - not sure if it'll be any good :) But I can at least give it a go!

Good for you! I finished a while ago so that I could concentrate on schoolwork. This is Book II of a trilogy - used the remaining time to outline Book III. :) Lots and lots of loose ends to tie up ... somehow.

Did sort of poorly this year. Only made it to roughly 12K, but 10 were on a Gilmore Girls Fic at least. Can't really complain there. Probably going to continue into Dec. by finishing up an AOS fic and finishing my GG fic before going on a Enterprise fic binge.

I managed to do my 50K by Saturday, though the story itself needs a lot of work still.
I've been binging on writing ENT and Sherlock fics :)
