What's the weirdest thing you've ever written in a fic?

Sure, I've got threeways going on in my fics. But that's not weird, imo.
But, I did once try my hand at a G-rated fic involving Shran and Archer in a rowboat. I never finished it - but someday I will.

I think the strangest place the muse ever took me was pairing off MU Lizzie Tucker with MU Archer. It really just started out because Lizzie needed someone to talk to - and I didn't want to create another OC. As you know, characters need someone to bounce ideas off. So, I resurrected Archer for that purpose - and it turned into a dysfunctional MU love story.

I'm sorry, but you make me want to bitch slap Lizzie, like Cher in 'Moonstruck' "Snap out of it!"

Yes, I know.

But, that whole hot mess did keep her out of the Mary Sue zone, so it served a purpose. And just remember, that was the thing that finally inspired Tucker to punch Archer in the face.

edited to add: Part of my inspiration for that was another Elizabeth. Queen Elizabeth I had a good looking, ambitious and not very smart favorite called Robert Dudley. I kind of pictured Lizzie Tucker taking the same approach - not wanting someone who could out smart her - but someone who was good in the sack and looked good and she could easily manipulate. It's the MU, after all.

There are three things that I consider the most weird, or unusual, amongst some of the weirdness that sometimes goes on in my writing.
1. In a long AU story, primarily a R/S shipping, Trip thought a female Klingon engineer was coming on to him, and he was pretty much terrified of the prospect. Turns out she was just trying to butter him up to get a good recommendation.
2. I did a short piece about Major Hayes' death -- from his point of view in the sickbay.
3. A haunting aboard the Enterprise. Okay, so I was channeling Ghost Hunters at the time, but it turned out halfway decent, I think. And it gave Mayweather a chance to have a big part, too.

Kathy Rose, I mentioned this on the welcome thread but your 'Kindred Destinies' showing the crew together through-out history was weirdly cool!

Weirdest thing?
Switched the crew around so they were in different positions, but tried to keep their personalities intact in their new roles.
It was a LOT harder than I thought.

Still is.

Having Orions discuss the value of pecan pie in their search to find out why Trip wasn't effected by them....

Music. When faced with a blank doc I really started to wonder what the heck I was thinking with the idea of conveying music in writing.
& I think some people thought Vulcan missionaries were weird, I guess.
