Fall 2016 Fiction Challenge

Hi guys! It may not be my place to do this but I'm going to anyhow since I need a kick in the pants to get writing again.
The challenge: write AND post an autumn themed fiction of any length before December 1st. Any autumn theme is good.... Halloween, Thanksgiving, fall leaves, cider, pumpkins, whatever. .. just write!

Wow, I love a challenge, but snails move faster than I write. Maybe a good kick in the pants will help me, too. If I can think of a story I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the boost, Artisticmom2!

So even though I started this thread and had a few ideas noodling around in my head I completely bailed on this challenge. However, I finally did start writing again last night! It isn't Fall or Holiday themed, but at least I'm writing! Did anyone else have any luck in getting something together?

I just now SAW this challenge, so I'm already behind and didn't know it.
As an incentive to anyone who'd like to get in on this challenge even after the deadline, the archive is back.
Write something and then submit it to the archive!
