Fall 2016 Fiction Challenge

Hi guys! It may not be my place to do this but I'm going to anyhow since I need a kick in the pants to get writing again.
The challenge: write AND post an autumn themed fiction of any length before December 1st. Any autumn theme is good.... Halloween, Thanksgiving, fall leaves, cider, pumpkins, whatever. .. just write!

Wow, I love a challenge, but snails move faster than I write. Maybe a good kick in the pants will help me, too. If I can think of a story I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the boost, Artisticmom2!

So even though I started this thread and had a few ideas noodling around in my head I completely bailed on this challenge. However, I finally did start writing again last night! It isn't Fall or Holiday themed, but at least I'm writing! Did anyone else have any luck in getting something together?
