So, it's not so much writing but mimicking - but I submitted my entry to the archive. Hope everyone will enjoy guessing. It should be painfully easy, if I did my job right!

That was fabulous! I almost had to clean off my screen for laughing so hard! Very well done!

Oh, in that vein, I decided to do a little reading research. My particular author I haven't read in a while so I had to set down my current book (which is by Honeybee's author) and pick up one by my author as a refresher.

Thanks! I so wish more people had signed up for this because it was such a hoot to keep the tone and vocab of the original author and put it in a Sci-Fi context! Just hilarious. Although, I must confess my list of authors was pretty short because I wanted them to have really distinct tones and therefor be guessable.

I had lots of fun doing mine! Of course, I wouldn't want to write a novel that way, but a few hundred words was delightful!
