I can't believe I haven't done this poll yet? What's your favorite all around episode? Obviously, it's subjective - so feel free to hit "other" and explain! There's a limited number of poll choices.

I'm hitting Similitude!

Twilight, even though I can't watch it. I suppose that's my criteria, lol!

I had to pick Dead Stop for a number of reasons. It's got a fun plot. Every cast member is featured, more or less. It has a classic sci-fi theme of a soulless machine that has to be stopped. And of course, at the end, when the space station is shown repairing itself after Enterprise leaves, shivers run up and down my spine.

Plus, love the Trip and Malcolm interaction, first when Trip convinces Malcolm to search for the space station's computer, and then later when Jon chews them out for doing so -- but wants to know what they found.

And Trip arguing with the computer voice about the shoddy workmanship repairing Enterprise! :damnfunny

I love the whole Tom/Huck vibe of Trip and Malcolm's little adventure in Dead Stop. Love Trip's sense of mischief. And there's a bunch of really fun little details in that episode - like T'Pol having her pick of everything - and choosing water.

Twilight. It still haunts me. Every time I watch it, I get the urge to write something more about it.

"Countdown" is easily my favorite episode of the entire series. It has everything in it that I liked - a kick ass space battle (probably the best of the entire series), MACOs who actually seemed competent for a change, some wonderful TnT miscommunication, T'Pol calling Tucker "Trip" for the first time, that wonderful dinner scene between the Big Three, and so on. Truthfully, this is the only episode I can watch over and over and over again.

But I'm a man of simple tastes and since everytime Trek does an "issue" episode, I feel like I'm being lectured at and they usually seem to be supporting the side of that issue I oppose, I tend to go with something that fits my mindset better...

Hi. Couple of questions.
Can this web site be adjusted to allow multi-quoting?
Also, can people set up polls where people can vote for more than one option? I haven't tried to set up a poll. Just wondering.

I will answer all of this up in the site questions thread, up in the Bureau of Tourism Forum - that's where we answer questions like this!

Similitude. I think the script and the performances from everybody in the episode were incredible.

The sweet scene when Sim shyly confesses his (or Trip's?) feelings for T'Pol is among my favorite scenes in Trek.

The confrontation between Sim and Archer in Trip's quarters was superb, and emphasized one more difficult moral dilemma for Archer to shoulder in the most difficult mission he would ever face.

Then the conversation in the shuttle bay really brought it all home.

I tear up when Sim tells Phlox he was a good father just moments before Phlox would end his life. I even had John and Connor autograph the page that scene is on in a script I bought on e-Bay. :smitten
