I haven't touched on this pair in a long while. But they spoke to me this week. I'm pleased that they did.

Afraid? Not In Your Arms.

Absolutely lovely, Bluetiger! Would go well as an illustration for chapter 3 of Deep Waters by Sita Z. This is the friendship version (slash is at Warp 5). Rated T because there are F-bombs. Oddly enough, I think this version is more romantic than the slash version, maybe because you can imagine slash if you want to or just take it at face value if you don't.

Thank you Misplaced. This is what happens when I sit on a balcony and stare at the ocean for a week. One hallucinates all kinds of things.

Thanks, I appreciate that Glory. Sita Z does indeed write wonderful friendship and slash stories about Trip and Malcolm. She has written some of my all-time favorites.

This caused a quite major case of: *thud*

Absolutely amazing work, as always, Bluetiger. Thank you so much for so beautifully and perfectly showing this pairing some love. I can hardly find the words to say how brilliant it is and how pleased I am you shared it with us.
:woohoo :bow

Thank you so much, Mr. Smith. I am pleased you liked it.

I was really drawn to Trip and Malcolm in the water together. So much is made of Malcolm's fear of water. I figured that he would feel secure with Trip.

Bluetiger, I forgot to mention that I really like this picture, too. There's got to be a volley story that it could illustrate. Yeah, I know, she doesn't write slash, but she's done some stories where a hurt or exhausted Malcolm could be looking for this kind of comradely "got your back" support from Trip. That's such a plus for your picture - people who want to see slash can; people who don't won't; and everybody thinks it's gorgeous. 8-)
