This is one of my favorite Trip/Hoshi stories. As it begins Hoshi is deeply in love with Malcolm, but she becomes marooned with Trip on a primitive planet. After years together they fall in love. Then the twists begin. It is a wonderful love story.

So, I found the time to read this one last night. It's a pretty good tale - and I think it also counts as a R/S story - even though Trip and Hoshi are the main pair - a real, grown up love triangle.

I also appreciated the sci-fi elements to the love story - putting everyone in a highly unusual situation that taxes everyone's emotions.

So, after dipping my toe (okay maybe my whole leg) into the femslash world, I have returned to het encounters in Scalene. I'm currently working on a scene that features the encounter with Tucker that Sato used to mock T'Pol in IAMD. It's turned out quite interesting, if I do say so myself.

It's the MU, anything goes. Everyone is doing everyone.

The chapter with both Tucker/Sato and Tucker/T'Pol Mu smut is very hot.

I would like to rec: Never Alone (Missing scene: Exile) by Starsearcher, rated PG. Could be seen as friendship or pre-ship. Posted on Linguistics Database.

I was moved by an older fic about Trip and Hoshi to draw for this ship. I realize it is less popular than Malcolm/Hoshi and Jon/Hoshi but there are some really good fics out there for these two.
