Having read this a number of times,  I can't believe I haven't left a comment!

I gotta say, I just love this! What a heartbreaking as well as heartwarming moment between parents and child, then the touching moment between friends and parents.

It gives me goosebumps each time I read it, and my own 'Happy/Sad' tears.

Thank you for sharing this with us!

The "memory" in dreamland was bittersweet. Loved the interaction between Trip and his child.

Author's Response:

hank you. really missed Trip interacting with the baby in the episode. I wanted to see him holding her. That's what got me started on this story, and it just grew from there.

Gorgeous and bittersweet. Just a lovely addition to such a powerful episode. Thank you so much for posting this!

Author's Response:

Thanks for reading! The last part of "Terra Prime," with Trip and T'Pol watching over Elizabeth, naming her, hanging the IDIC there, their talk with Phlox...it really got to me. I wanted more. Fanfiction is good for that. :)

Awwwwwww...MAN!! So bittersweet. It's such a beautiful moment, but so sad. I wanted to cry with them. You just know Trip and T'Pol would've been good patents. Thank you for posting this here and giving me an excuse to re-experience it.

Author's Response:
