A beautiful story that is well thought out and equally well written. Reuniting the flash light and the meditation lamp was a poignant touch. I am glad you suggested this to me. I did find it very helpful!

Author's Response:

This is just a lovely, lovely fic. I love the meeting between Sarek and Amanda, the connection between TnT and even Spock. It's all so serendipitious.

Author's Response:

I thought so too. There's an element of ying/yang between them all that just seems like the universe would have connected them through happy accidents. Glad you liked it!

I love the connection between TnT and Sarek/Amanda, as well as Spock. I find it rather appropriate that they all have that common tie together.

Thanks, Entallat! :-D

Author's Response:

Thanks! I'm glad that came across well.

I reviewed this last night at ff.net but I wanted to also say at TDE how much I liked this.

This has a haunting quality that at once makes your spine tingle and your heart warm. This is proof positive that Trip and T'Pol's love is for the ages.

And I did puddle up when Trip's flashlight clinked into T'Pol's lamp!

The Amanda, Sarek, and Spock portions are wonderful but I feel like TnT made it all possible. I just love it.

Author's Response:

Aw. I really love writing to an audience and making them laugh out loud or even cry, so this is some of the best/kindest feedback this author can get. Thanks! :D
