This is a moderated series containing fiction with Hoiday Season-themed storylines. Feel free to submit yours - as long as it takes place from Thanksgiving to New Year and has some kind of celebration, it can be in this series. All pairings and general fics are welcome. Some of them are wholly about the holidays. Others have a scene or two. Some are drabble series with one or two holiday-themed drabbles.
I have long been captivated by the third-season episode "E²", especially the character of Lorian. Here are my "E²"-inspired canon stories, which focus on several pivotal events in Lorian's life.
Some of these stories are in the 'Tis the Season series, but not all of them since not all the stories in this challenge were holiday-themed. Instead, writers were given specs submitted by a fellow writer and had to write to those specs as a surprise, secret santa gift. I've called it a "general" series, but you'll find slash, het and general stories here.
Participants in this challenge were assigned an early episode and told to change a key plot point and create an original AU. Beyond that, the stories could be General, Het or slash and any rating, so be mindful of warnings and ratings.

If a story was the only story in a particular category that got nominated (by three nominations) - it automatically gets an "Honorable Mention." These stories got to compete in the second round awards! They come in all flavors, so be mindful of ratings.

For the 2011 March History Challenge, participants were randomly assigned a historical period, in which they had to set at least part of their fic. How they accomplished this was all up to them!
Stories in this series will come in the general, het and slash varieties, so be mindful of the individual designations.
